To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
- Canning Tools & Supplies: Items such as canning jars and lids are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Fertilizer: Due to safety and regulatory concerns, fertilizers cannot be returned.
- Insect Control Products: Products like pesticides and mosquito repellents are non-returnable for safety reasons.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please note that we do not cover any customs fees or import duties.
